LinenTablecloth Wedding Planners Spotlight: Rosie Stuiber

Newlyweds Theresa and Justin met in bible college in St. Louis, and Theresa always knew she wanted a barnyard wedding. Rustic barnyard weddings are a huge trend these days, and it’s no surprise the rustic theme has become a staple wedding genre. It’s a very toned down, non-traditional wedding style that makes for a casual and relaxed atmosphere.

Rosie Stuiber, wedding planner and photographer, brought Theresa’s vision to life. And what better place to hold a rustic wedding than a classic red barn? The venue chosen was historical site, Trimborn Farms, located in Greendale, WI. Take a look at the photo collage below–it’s the perfect venue for a rustic wedding.
Rosie did an amazing job with the tablescapes, perfectly capturing the spirit of rustic chic in her choice of linens and decor. All of the linens were purchased from, and she chose white tablecloths as the foundation for her tablescapes. White tends to be the go-to tablecloth color for wedding planners because it serves as the ultimate neutral base. White complements any other color, and causes secondary colors to pop!

What’s the most popular fabric type for rustic weddings? Burlap, of course! Rosie chose to use all-natural burlap table runners from LinenTablecloth which perfectly captured the rustic chic aesthetic. And just wait ’till you see the decor!
In my correspondence with Rosie about this beautiful rustic wedding, she said, “Theresa has always wanted a barn wedding and knew that the she wanted things that were a fitting for a barn reception so a mixture of antiques and vintage were used to decorate her tables.” And boy did Rosie deliver! Take a look at some of the unique and beautiful decor Rosie found, from vintage medicine bottles to metal buckets.
Tablescapes are all about the intricate details! All of these decor pieces were carefully selected, and the wide variety of mismatched pieces made all the difference. When all of the decorative components were combined, it made for a truly stunning display!
We at LinenTablecloth can’t get enough of this wedding! Theresa and Justin’s 2 year anniversary is coming up on August 25th, and we wish them a lifetime of happiness together! The couple lives in Arkansas as youth pastors, and just look at the picture below–they were made for each other! Congratulations on your one-year anniversary Theresa and Justin!
