Just like that summer is drawing to an end and we prepare to welcome a new season. Fall! All things Fall, and specifically Fall weddings have taken off in popularity in recent years. While we still have a few weeks of summer left, now is the perfect time to start incorporating fall colors. A mix of summer and fall colors is perfect for those of you having a late summer/early fall wedding such as September weddings.
To honor this mix of the seasons, we put together a summer tablescape with fall accents. To start, we chose a light-yellow tablecloth and paired it with a white rose overlay. These two products complement each other nicely. From there, we encircled the table with flower garland in champagne and purple hues. The purple is a striking accent to the yellow and pulls in darker fall colors.
Purple wine napkins are the perfect summer color to balance out the deeper fall hues. We chose a diamond fold to attract the eye.
We wanted a sweet and romantic centerpiece for this table so we chose an adorable birdcage and filled it with rose garland and our strands of purple hydrangea. We wrapped the bottom of the cage in purple flowers accented with orange sedums.
A smaller display of sedums ties the colors together. The final touch to this table is a photo of the lovely couple.
