Saying Yes To The Dress

So I scheduled my first appointment to go in and try on dresses. I only wanted to share this moment with my mom and my little sister who is also my maid of honor. I was extremely nervous about trying them on. I walked in feeling pretty and optimistic. I used an open mind to go through dresses. I kept my price range under $600.00. I tried on a flowy simple one and fell in love. Next, I tried another but wanted to see something different. Ever since I was younger, my dream dress was a ball gown. I tried one then I felt like a princess. About twelve dresses later, I was still stuck on my first on and my third one. I couldn’t decide so I decided to schedule another appointment and have my two grandmothers come and give me some input.

Real Wedding Blogger Lindsay says yes to the dress.

The day I went in with my grandmothers, my mom and little sister joined us as well. That day when I went in for my grandmothers’ approval, I was pretty sure I would go home with the dress that I fell in love with the first time. Before I tried on the dresses that I found during our first trip, I found another dress that I hadn’t tried on that was still in my price range. I put on the dress that I fell in love with the first time and my grandmothers liked it but not as much as I did. I tried on the next one which was my mom’s favorite. Grandmothers were still not too sure. I decided to try on the dress I found and fell instantly in love with it. It fit like a glove, was all lace and it has pockets. It made me feel amazing! As soon as I came out of the dressing room, my whole family loved it. I knew that it was the dress. I said yes to the dress. Most amazing day ever.

Now on to the rest of the adventures of planning my amazing day.
