Call for Event Set-Up Help


LinenTablecloth Inspiration Shoot

Interested in seeing event planning from behind-the-scenes? From September 4th-6th, LinenTablecloth will be putting together an inspiration photoshoot of gigantic proportions! This past year, we rapidly expanded our line of event linens and decor. Now we aim to create amazing tablescapes and event decorations with these products, and capture inspiration images to share with our customers. I bet you’re wondering where the shoot is going to take place, right? The CEO of LinenTablecloth, Ron Berrett, is making his gorgeous property in West Linn, OR available for this shoot.


The photoshoot will be comprised of table settings spanning across nearly every trendy genre we can think of, from classic vintage to rustic chic. Over a three day period, we aim to capture images of 25+ tablescapes and several full event set ups, including a barn and tent wedding.


Needless to say, setting up this shoot is going to require a TON of work. We’ll be hanging ribbons and paper lanterns from the rafters of a barn, ironing linens, and setting up tablescapes. A large portion of the LinenTablecloth team will be helping to set up the shoot, but we can’t do it alone.
